Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

• If a cancellation request is received by us up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, we will refund you the full price.
• Otherwise, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee.

If you have cancelled your prepaid booking and you are eligible for a refund, the credit will be automatically issued back to the card used for the payment. Refunds will be paid within 30 days.

Circumstances beyond our control

Eurocity Cars s.r.o. shall be entitled to cancel all services and provide refunds in the event of a declared national emergency, riot, war, fuel shortage, extreme weather or terrorist attack, or other circumstances beyond its control. If the car breaks down during your journey we will endeavour to arrange an alternative car to complete the journey as soon as practicable. If a replacement vehicle cannot be provided within 4 hours we will refund the full payment.
